Super Green Smoothie

Wabi Matcha Mango and Matcha Smoothie

Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Vegan

This is a fantastic and easy smoothie to make & something that we are sure will become very popular at your home.

Ingredients:

200 gm Frozen Mango (~ approx. 1 mango)

2 x Frozen Bananas

2 Handfuls of Baby Spinach 

140 ml of Unsweetened Coconut Milk 

 1 tsp. of Matcha Powder (~2 tsp. OK too :-))...we used Wabi Daily: Organic which is high quality and requires less :-).

 

 

Topping:

Strawberries, Desiccated Coconut

 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Super easy.  We recommend placing the matcha in last, so it mixes from the top down.

The final touch for a kids smoothie...

If making this for kids, we would recommend slightly less matcha due to it containing naturally occurring caffeine.
